Shipping & Handling Policy

When will my order be shipped?
In Most cases orders are processed and shipped the same business day and not later then the next business day based on when the order was received and any backlog. Your order will ship USPS First Class or Priority Mail depending on the size of the package and location.

We ship orders daily and our shipping cutoff time is 2PM PST Monday through Friday.  We do not process or ship orders on Weekends and major U.S holidays
 

Where do you ship to?

We ship to All 50 States in the U.S, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S Virgin Islands, APO and FPO addresses. 


Please note: Certain orders will be shipped to the cardholder's verified billing address. If we are unable to verify this address, the order may be cancelled. Additionally, certain orders are going to be shipped with signature confirmation (Someone must be available to sign for the package).

Estimated Transit Times
USPS First Class Mail ("snail mail") 2-7 business days* in transit
USPS Priority (standard shipping) 1-4 business days* in transit

USPS service days: Monday - Saturday. 
APO/FPO: For orders shipped to military addresses, the shipment can take up to 14 days in transit.

Late Shipments
We cannot guaranty transit times as we have no control over your shipment once it leaves our possession.  Due to this shipping fees are non-refundable by us.
However, the carrier does have guidelines for late shipments.  If you believe your shipment was late due to a service failure, a claim can be filed by contacting the shipping carrier:

Order Tracking:
Upon you shipment of your order a tracking number will be sent to the email address registered to your account. This information can also be viewed when logged into your account in the "my account" page.

Please note that USPS does no always update the tracking information as your shipment moves through out their system. And may not update the tracking until the package has reached a sort facility or your local post office. Any delivery issues should be addressed with your local post office. 


Lost & Undelivered Packages:
Lost or undelivered packages are not the responsibility of Ohms 2 Vapor, and any issues arising from packages not received must be resolved by the customer, with the postal carrier in use. 

Please note that erroneous and incomplete address submissions inputted by the user will cause delays, returns, and other issues that will impact the successful shipping of your order. Ohms 2 Vapor is not responsible for any and all costs associated with erroneous and incorrect address submissions inputted by the user. Please review your shipping address carefully when placing an order. Errors in the shipping address will cause delays in transit times or returned orders. We will not reship the order until it is returned to us by the courier and the customer has paid for the cost to reship the order. 

Shipping of Warranty Items and Defective Replacements?
ALL replacement shipments and warranty shipments are shipped using USPS First Class Mail.

IF PRODUCTS WITH DEFECTIVE CLAIMS ARE RETURNED IN PROPER WORKING ORDER, IT WILL BE RETURNED, AND THE CUSTOMER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING COSTS.

 

WE DO TAKE PICTURES OF EACH COMPLETED ORDER PRIOR TO SHIPMENT TO ENSURE ORDER COMPLETENESS.  EACH ORDER IS ALSO WEIGHED BEFORE SHIPMENT TO INSURE ACCURACY.
